Sometimes we don’t even know what to say. Sometimes we say too much. And sometimes we speak before we even feel what’s actually happening inside. This Offline Day Retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise and back into the space in between. The space between inhale and exhale. Between thoughts. Between words. Between input and output. Not everyone can (or wants to) go on a 5-10 day silent retreat. So I created something close to home - a gentle, held half-day in silence, surrounded by nature, where you can downshift, soften, and simply be. We’ll spend four hours together in quiet, guided through simple practices that help you feel supported in silence. It’s about returning to yourself.
